06 How a job runs

From first message to files

  1. 01

    Tell me what, where and when

    The services, the address and the date and time you'd like.
  2. 02

    We confirm the time

    I'll confirm it or offer one that works, and ask who'll be there: vacant, the owner, or you. Plus a lockbox code if needed.
  1. 03

    The shoot

    At the agreed time. The invoice follows when I'm back.
  2. 04

    Paid, then delivered

    Photos and video are sent once the invoice is paid.
07 Terms

The fine print

Payment
Due before delivery.
Cancellation
Cancelling within 48 hours of the shoot is charged at 50%.
Revisions
Videos include one revision. Further revisions are billed at $40 an hour.
Mileage
$2/km for listings more than 35 km from our Guelph base.
Currency
All prices in Canadian dollars.
